Frustration with email and phone-based customer support led the founders of WebsiteAlive to devise a more intelligent solution for customer service. Real-time online support services comes with an expensive price tag. We work to provide a high level of service and a quality product at a fraction of the cost of our competitors.

WebsiteAlive leverages the expertise of its founders as well as a number of well-established industry professionals. Their guidance and experience combined with our passion will propel itself to the top of the affordable customer service industry.

In December 1999, WebsiteAlive was the brainchild of 7 University of Texas at Austin Business Administration and Computer Sciences students. They teamed up to create one of the most innovative startups ever to set foot during the Dot Com era.

In March 2005, WebsiteAlive has become a division of AYU Technology Solutions LLC, a Texas LLC which is headquartered in Harris County in Houston, Texas. AYU Technology Solutions LLC is currently owned and managed by Dustin Yu, one of the original founders of WebsiteAlive.
