We've developed a Package for Mac OS/X that allows your Operator Console to be launched from inside Mac without visiting our web site login page. This is an entirely optional piece of software, so you can still launch AliveChat via our web site login page.
NOTE: AliveChat 4 Operator Console Mac Component is only available for AliveChat LITE, PRO, and PRO+ users.
