We've developed a Windows executable that allows your Operator Console to be launched from inside Windows without visiting our web site login page. This is an entirely optional piece of software, so you can still launch AliveChat via our web site login page.
NOTE: AliveChat 4 Operator Console Windows Component is only available for AliveChat LITE, PRO, and PRO+ users.
