The Hotkeys feature in AliveChat allows Chat Operators to save frequently used phrases and URLs and easily re-use them during chat.

Administrators have the option of creating Hotkeys across an entire company, or Operators can create their own Hotkeys tied to their individual accounts.

Hotkeys Can Be Phrases, Addresses and Images.

Your Operators will have common phrases, a series of web addresses (URLs, and frequently requested images at their disposal.
