Step 1: Create an Account
Register an account by clicking “Sign Up Now” at the top. You will then receive a confirmation email with links on how to integrate and customize AliveChat Chat Software for your website.
Step 2: Add AliveChat Code
We’ll generate a few lines of HTML/Javascript that you embed into your web page(s). This will display the “Chat Now!” chat button and tracking code. There are no servers to set up or software to install. No headache and no mess!
Step 3: Log in and Chat!
Once you have your website equipped with AliveChat Software, just log in to our Client Login area to launch the browser-based console. Any new visitors and chat requests will produce an audible ring and pop up on your computer.
