Push preformatted phrases and URLs to save typing tasks
Hotkeys are phrases and web site addresses that are frequently used within AliveChat. Instead of the company representative having to retype them each time, AliveChat's Hotkeys feature allows the user to save these frequently used phrases and URLs and recall them during chat. Administrator have the option of creating Hotkeys for an entire company, and operators can create Hotkeys that are within the scope of their own account.
