Capture information before a chat starts

Operator Side - Get additional information from your visitor with the Pre-Chat Questionnaire feature. Create questions in which the visitor can answer so that you can better serve this request and save time by not inquiring about these questions during chat. Also available is an option text input field in which your visitor can describe his question before a chat is started.

Administrator Side - Create Pre-Chat Questionnaire question/answer pairs within the Administrator Console which will appear in your initial visitor's chat window (see above). Once your visitor selects an answer to your question, the results will be displayed in the operator chat window for your operators to reference during chat.
