Customize chat windows to display your preferred language

Your visitors can now view your chat windows in a language that you can customize:

• Italian
• German
• Norweigian
• Spanish

Visitor Side - Your chat window buttons and text can be localized to your visitor audience:

Example: Italian + English

Administrator Side - You can configure Localization settings in the Customization area of the Administrator Console. You can load a specific preset language or even edit your own text:
