AliveChat for Sales

With AliveChat's sales features, your organization can convert more browsing prospects into sales. AliveChat's Live Site Monitor allows you to track online visitors in real-time as they browse through your web site, finding out important information about their visit. With that information, you can send them a customized Proactive Chat Requests that allow you to close the sale.

Sales Flow Overview

 

Explanation
  1. Customer visits your web site and browses around, looking for certain information.
  2. The customer's session appears in the Live Site Monitor in the Operator Console. You will see the Customer's:
    • Current web page they are viewing
    • Country and city of their origin
    • Length of time on your web site
    • Referring URLs
    • Browser settings
  3. With the above information, you can make a decision to send them a Proactive Chat Request. The Proactive Chat Request appears as a pop up window on the Customer's end, which has be pre-designed to target the Customer based on where they are at in your web site.     • Click here to learn more about our Promotion for new customers
  4. Customer sees the Proactive Pop-Up on their end, and decides to either Accept or Reject the request:
    • If Customer rejects the request, the Pop Up layer closes, and Customer resumes browsing your web site.
    • If Customer accepts the request, the Customer will connect to your Operator in a chat session
  5. Once the chat is accepted, operators can use sales and marketing skills to get to know my customer quickly and find out what exactly they are looking for and close the deal.
