Responsibilities: As an Account Manager for WebsiteAlive, you will be responsible for being the face of the company for our existing and potential clients. You have to possess a passion inside of you that drives you to provide a high level of customer service to our clients that not only satisfies them, but exceeds their expectations. Your daily tasks will include being the liaison between our wide range of clients across numerous industries and our internal departments (Tech, Sales, Billing, etc.), which will require you to be able to successfully multitask. As an Account Manager, you will also be required to take on the role of a project manager for large clients, particularly within the hospitality industry.
An Account Manager must also possess great presentation skills that will be used to do demonstrations and training sessions of our services via live webinars. This will require you to be a little tech savvy and have the ability to learn our platform inside and out.
At WebsiteAlive, we have a team environment, and as an Account Manager you will be required to work alongside all other departments in an effort to provide exceptional support to our clients. This may mean that you help the tech team out with resolving issues and working out development bugs from time to time. This also includes participating in sales meetings, trainings, and brainstorming sessions that are all geared towards bettering our service and making the client happy.

Job Summary: Account Executive will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. Through selling all the products within the WebsiteAlive Umbrella, Account Executive will be responsible for generating new revenue growth.
